Does Property Video Works allow Invoicing?

We do not allow invoicing for a first time customer. PVW is willing to arrange invoicing for repeat clients on a case-by-case basis.

What is Property Video Works’ cancellation/refund policy?

We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your Video Tour we will strive to make any corrections necessary.

If you have booked a filming date and find you must cancel we ask you to please give us 48 hours notice.
